Bernie In Austin 2.27.2016
Unlike Clinton, he hasn't taken bribes from Monsanto and Goldman Sachs or leaked classified state information with personal emails. Bernie is the revolution we need to get rid of the "old guard" who are corrupted in Washington, clean it all up, set up new rules for Capitalism and taking care of our infrastructure, healthcare system and other things we want for our country. Get out the VOTE FOR BERNIE....!!!!

Ernest Altgelt comments at the July 21, 2015 PEC meeting and Oakley's followup comments that he felt it was "a cheap shot" to ask him about conflicts of interest. Was this what prompted Oakley to consult with Mr. Richards and go after Altgelt at the next meeting?

Dictator Oakley has Ernest Altgelt removed to keep him from speaking during the "Member Comments" section of the 8.18.2015 PEC meeting, without any rational cause whatsoever and after he and Richards dictated changes to the process without Board approval...heads should roll for this!! PEC Board President Oakley decides to become the Dictator of the PEC Board by unilaterally denying free speech to Ernest Altgelt and/or anyone else he does not like. The next speaker AFTER Mr. Altgelt did not speak to anything on the agenda (as Director Clement pointed out), yet THEY were allowed to speak. Oakley (apparently in collusion with Attorney Richards), had planned this takeover of the...

I was 19 when Bonnie put out her 1st album in 1975, don’t remember if this song was on her debut album. I do know that Linda Rondstadt recorded it prior to Bonnie, Linda’s 1st album was released in 1967, I was 12. Lucky me, I have seen Linda & Bonnie many many times, in California and in Washington State, they are both excellent musicians with gorgeous vocals.

Heard her on the Boston Common in summer 1971 or 72 and knew she would be huge. She played this and several others from Give it Up and has never been any better, but has always been great.

1972, I think. Bonnie Raitt was playing at U. Mass Amherst, in a Dining Commons of all places, and I think she had been drinking, and she was sloppy, and the band was sloppy, and it was not very good. End of the night, end of the show, she and Freebo were on the stage alone, and they play Love Has No Pride in the dark, just like this. It was one of the three most magical, transcendent musical moments I've ever witnessed. Saved the night. This is why music can save us.

first heard bonnie as she sang harmony for Jackson Browne song "The Times You've come" 50 or do years later, I still get a "shudder" when she comes in... Had a chance to meet her once soon after in Colorado, worked up nerve to approach any way. She was still mainly "studio" not that well known, so asked me " how I knew her" kind if challenge..I told her about song, and we sang a shirt version together...so cool! Over years, I've performed with many people, jackson songs, james taylor, Carrol king, Joni, Graham...when I get a chance to sing harmony with a woman's voice...wow! Love you guys! Thanks!,
